They are also cost-effective and provide more data of information.​It’s not easy to produce survey-grade data that is comparable or even superior to traditional laser scanning.

How data is produced:  Using hundreds of overlapping, high resolution photographs as a basis for creating 3d model.

INFRARED THERMAL INSPECTION: Mapping heat differences using non-destructive testing method. It can be made clear where loss occurs in buildings, defective region, detect electrical problems. Pre-checks: We should take into consideration the following.

  1. Weather
  2. Airspace
  3. Risks to people and property
  4. Take-off and landing positions
  5. Interference of GPS
    • Blocking from buildings
    • Magnetic interference
    • Wind turbulence
​Where it is used?
  1. WIND TURBINE INSPECTION: Drones are used to detect damages in the wind turbine blades.
  2. SOLAR PANEL INSPECTION:  Solar panels that do not work properly become warmer than those that do, and so these defective cells can easily be mapped.
  3. TALL CHIMNEY INSPECTION:  It is also possible to check whether the burners in flare installations work properly and are not clogged. Badly burning flare tips will give off less heat than the working tips.
  4. RAILWAY INSPECTION:  It is used to get the track alignments and also for any damage in the tracks.
  5. BRIDGE INSPECTION: Drones are used to inspect the tall bridges for cracks or damages in the bridges where humans has to take risk for reaching those places.
  6. TRANSMISSION LINE & CELL TOWER INSPECTION: Drones are the most effective way to inspect and manage power.
